Hey brother. Just wanted to send my love. Made my way up from OWSLosAngeles the morning of the general strike. Marched with our brothers and sisters to the port. They came and raided the camp again that night. I stood the line with other brave souls. Took a grenade to the face, they tried to take a head shot at me with the rifle rubber bullets, got me, and I spent 5 days in San Rita. I'm healthy and safe, ready for another day. I know you already know this, but your injury was not in vein. Get well soon, perhaps we shall cross paths some day. I served with 2/1 & 1/1, 0311.
